Before we rush into planning what’s next in 2027, let’s take a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come this year!

As 2026 slowly comes to an end, we’re inviting you to step away from your busy schedule and join us at BeYou Studio for a special after-work experience combining movement, reflection, and meeting other ambitious women.

We’ll kick things off with Performance Yoga, a dynamic fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and functional training. Through mindful movement, breathwork, strength, and endurance, we’ll reconnect with our bodies, recharge our energy, and leave the workday behind.

After class, we’ll have time to freshen up, grab a drink or snack at the studio’s bistro, and connect with fellow participants before gathering for our guided year-end reflection workshop.

Together, we’ll look back at 2026 and explore the moments that shaped us, the challenges we’ve overcome, the lessons we’ve learned, and the progress we might not have stopped to celebrate.

Finishing strong is about recognizing how much we’ve already grown.
